MyCarryBox started in 2016 with one problem to solve: small businesses in Kolkata needed reliable same-day delivery without building a delivery team of their own.

We're owner-run, not a faceless network. When a baker hands us a three-tier cake or a cloud kitchen sends out fifty lunch orders, someone here is personally accountable for it reaching the door in one piece, on time.

What we believe

Careful over fast. Fragile cakes and pastries get handled, packed, and routed so they don't tilt or slide. We'd rather be honest about timing than promise speed we can't keep.

Clear communication. You always know where your order is and who has it.

We own our mistakes. If something goes wrong, you hear it from us first, with a fix.

Today we handle 5,000+ deliveries a month for 100+ businesses across North, South, and Central Kolkata, Salt Lake, and New Town — bikes for quick runs, cabs for bulk and fragile loads.
